Delivery
Usually delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days after received payment. We contact you with additional information about delivery time if any part of your order is not available at store. Order may be canceled if hinders for delivery occur.

Shipping charges
Shipping charge is currently 11 SEK. Orders over 500 SEK are free of shipping charge. Additional fee of 50 SEK apply for registered mail.

Returns
You can return any item within 2 weeks after your order has been dispatch. You can return the whole order or parts of it if you are for any reason not satisfied. You can choose if you want to replace an item or receive your money back. The item is expected to be in the same condition as it was received. Expanses for shipping, customs, service fees etc. will not be refunded. Contact us about address details before return.

Complaints
AuroraB guarantees that each order is manually checked prior to dispatch. In case of receiving damaged or wrong goods AuroraB takes responsibility for free replacement. It is though important to make a correct report. Visible damage should be reported immediately to the currier/post office upon receiving the package. Hidden damage should be reported to AuroraB within 3 days after delivery.

All prices are given including the VAT, which is specified on the bill sheet.
